Gambas coconut milk / hot pepper
Ingrédients for 5 people
- 5 king prawns unpeeled
- 200g of shrimps peeled
- 2 hot pepper (cabri pepper - Réunion Island)
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 big spoons of 'Creme fraiche'
- 1 plantain banana
- 1/2 green lime
- Cut the hot pepper into equal sided cubes (take care with your fingers.... and your eyes),
- Peel the lime and cut this in 3 parts
- Grill the king prawns
- Cut the plantain banana (3 parts) and bake this (not peeled) in hot water 10min max
- In a pot, heat oil and add hot pepper, cook 5min
- Add shrimps and lime, cook 5min
- Add coconut milk, cook 5min
- Add the 'creme fraiche' and simmer (on low) about 5min
- To serve gambas with banana and shrimps
