Ingredients for 25 cookies

  • 375g flour
  • 1/2 teaspon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspon salt
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 120g butter
  • 220g dark chocolate chips (you can mix between dark and white)
  • 110g light-brown sugar
  • 110g 'vergeoise' (can be replaced by brown sugar)
  • 60g sugar


  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder
  2. In the mixing bowl, mix eggs, sugar, brown sugar and salt
  3. Add flour/baking powder
  4. Add the butter and mix to obtain a homogenous mixture
  5. Add chocolate chips and mix
  6. Put the mixture in fridge for 1h
  7. Drop dough by level 1/4-cup measure onto prepared baking sheets
  8. Bake for 10min (T° 190°C). Cuire à four chaud 190°C pendant 10min (done when the tops have a cracked appearance)
  9. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes
