Pig's cheeks with tomato paste and white wine
Ingédients pour 5 people
- 1kg pig's cheek
- 250g bacon
- 1 onion
- 12.5cl white wine
- 200g mushroom
- 2 soup spoons tomato paste
- salt, pepper, origan
- Braise the cheeks in the olive oil
- Add the onion peeled and sliced
- Gently fry 5min
- Add wine, mushrooms and tomato paste
- Add salt, pepper and origan
- Simmer over a low for 1h30min
- To serve with potatoes or rice
